The first step towards building a new house is arranging an initial builder’s consultation appointment with your preferred builder, to discuss your expectations. We will be able to work with and train your builder, giving them the skills and assistance they need to become an InsulLiving^® installer, or we can put you into contact with a registered InsulLiving^® builder. Throughout the build process your builder will have access to technical services support and instruction manuals .

After the plans have been drawn and approved, contracts signed and relevant council approvals achieved the house can begin construction.
